Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains how Click Buy Click LLC ("we," "us"), which operates The Tick Ladder, handles personal information when you visit this page or buy the Prop Firm Rules Cheat Sheet (the "Product").
What we collect
- Purchase information. When you check out, our payment processor Stripe collects your email address, name, billing details and payment information. We receive your email, name, billing country/postal code, the amount paid and an order (session) ID. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Cookies, the Meta Pixel and analytics. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits, clicks on our checkout ("Buy") buttons, and completed purchases so we can measure and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, the actions you take, and an order ID. Meta and Google may combine this with other information they hold about you under their own policies. Stripe also uses cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention. See "Your choices" below to opt out.
How we use it
- To deliver the Product: we email the PDF to the address you used at checkout, and we stamp that email address and your order ID on each page of your copy to license it to you and discourage redistribution.
- To provide support, fixes and resends, and to answer questions.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and keep business and tax records.
- To measure visits, checkout clicks and purchases for our advertising (Meta Pixel and Google Analytics).
- To send you marketing emails only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments; see stripe.com/privacy), Proton (email delivery; see proton.me/legal/privacy), Meta (advertising measurement; see Meta's Privacy Policy), Google (analytics; see Google's Privacy Policy), and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Your choices
- Opt out of tracking and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's or device's privacy and ad settings (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on your phone), and control how Meta uses this information for ads in your Facebook/Instagram Ad Preferences (including "Activity information from ad partners"). For Google, you can use My Ad Center or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing trevor@clickbuyclick.co. We may keep records we're legally required to keep (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).
- Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise them.
Retention and security
We keep purchase and delivery records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
This page and Product are intended for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
